Dealopy Request access

Privacy

This website (dealopy.com)

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for a short time to run and protect the service.

When you send the Request access form we store what you enter (your name, work email, website and what you sell) together with the time, your IP address, approximate country and browser type. We use this only to reply to you and to set up your account if you go ahead, and to recognise abuse of the form. We do not sell or share it with anyone else, and we delete it on request.

The Dealopy chat widget on other sites

Dealopy provides a chat assistant that sellers embed on their own websites. When you chat with it there, the seller is the one you are dealing with and their privacy policy applies. Dealopy processes the conversation on the seller's behalf:

To see, correct or delete a conversation you had on a seller's site, contact that seller.

Dealopy accounts (app.dealopy.com)

If you create a Dealopy account we store your email address, a hashed password, your apps' configuration and knowledge base, the conversations and leads your assistant handles, and, if you connect your own email provider, those credentials in encrypted form. Each account can see only its own apps. We use this to run the service for you and to contact you about it.

Where data is processed

Dealopy runs on Cloudflare's network and stores data in Cloudflare's databases. The AI model provider is Anthropic. Both act as processors under their own terms.
